Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://hillfacilitysolutions.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Hill Facility Solutions reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Residential Cleaning, Home Repair Service, Deep Cleaning Service, Move-Out Cleaning, Fixture Installation Service, Drywall Repair Service provided by Hill Facility Solutions. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Hill Facility Solutions or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination. Hill Facility Solutions may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Warranty Disclaimer. Hill Facility Solutions makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Hill Facility Solutions's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Hill Facility Solutions against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of PA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in PA.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
